Urban clothing stores are usually online. Another option for this type of style is found in second- hand stores, which have a cheaper price. This causes a lack of seller-customer connection as they cannot interact or test the products. Nowadays, it can be said that urban clothing is the new fashion among young people of both generation Z and Alpha. The Nude Project company is dedicated to the commercialization of textile garments for young people between 16 and 25 years old who are interested in the urban world. The purpose of this work is to add an added value to the Nude Project company by being as close as possible to the client to create a bond and build loyalty. This is done since the company does not have any face-to-face establishment and everything is through a screen. This purpose is achieved by creating a large community of people with similar styles (in this case, urban). It is intended to bring people together, carry out a wide variety of activities and enjoy moments with friends. Previously, the main company was studied in depth to know what actions to determine and how to carry them out. The competition has also been analyzed in order to add an added value that stands out in the sector. In conclusion, what is sought with this project is a space to enjoy different activities, which can be carried out daily without getting bored.
